Your new Massage Therapist
Welcome!
I'm a qualified and insured massage therapist who's passionate about helping people feel their best. With three years of freelance experience and ITEC Level 3 certification, I offer relaxing and therapeutic treatments tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with tension, stress, or just need some time to unwind, I'm here to support you.
Your Massage, Your way!
I create bespoke massages to meet your needs, mixing Swedish style with deep tissue and other techniques to create a massage that’s unique to you. Just book a time slot and we can confirm what’s needed in our consultation.
For example-
If you want me to concentrate on your back you can book 30 min Chair massage. (fully clothed)
If you want a gentle all over body massage book a 60 mins session.
If you want an intense deep tissue massage perhaps book a 90 mins session.
Office Massages
We offer 15-minute on-site chair massages designed to reduce stress, boost productivity, and improve staff wellbeing. Treatments are delivered through clothing on a professional massage chair, allowing employees to step away briefly from their workday to reset with focused neck, shoulder and head massage.
Service Format
3 massages an hour: with 5 minutes between each massage to wipe down chair, get the next staff member comfortably seated and complete their consultation. Staff remain fully clothed; no undressing required.
Rates & Example Schedule
£60 per hour (3–7 hour booking window). Equivalent to £20 per staff member (15-minute session). Full-day example (9am–5pm): 7 hours of massage = £420 for 21 staff sessions. Therapist breaks included but not charged (e.g., two breaks across a full day).
Booking Process
Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a sign-up schedule for staff to choose time slots and contraindications list to ensure safe and personalised treatments.

Rub is led by a qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead with an up-to-date DBS check. Full safeguarding policy available on request.

1.A small private room or quiet area, plus a chair for waiting staff.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your session starts with a quick chat about what you need — whether that's easing a specific ache, working through everyday tension, or just properly relaxing. Sessions take place at ORP15 V22 Studios in Orpington, in a calm, private space designed for you to fully unwind.
-
Try to arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushing in stressed. Avoid a heavy meal right before your session, and drink plenty of water beforehand and afterward. If you can, avoid alcohol or caffeine for a couple of hours prior — it helps your body relax more fully into the treatment.
-
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll undress to your comfort level in private before the massage begins, and you'll be fully draped with a sheet or towel throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time. Some clients prefer to keep underwear on, which is completely fine.
-
No — come as you are. This is entirely your choice and has no bearing on the treatment.
-
Completely normal. Feel free to ask any questions before we start — about the techniques, the pressure, or anything else. You're always in control and can ask to stop or adjust at any point.
-
Yes, please do — even if it seems minor please do fill in the form when booking. Things like recent surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure, skin conditions, or being on blood thinners can all affect which techniques are safe to use. This information stays confidential.
-
Whatever feels right for you. Speak up at any time if you'd like more or less pressure — there's no such thing as a silly request.
-
Not at all. Some people like to chat, others prefer quiet to fully relax — both are completely fine, and you can change your mind mid-session
-
Just let me know and I'll adjust immediately — technique, pressure, or avoiding that area altogether.
-
Deeper work can feel intense in tight or tender spots, but it should never be sharply painful. "Good discomfort" that eases as you breathe into it is normal; sharp or wincing pain is not — tell me straight away if that happens.
-
Mild soreness for a day or so is common, especially after deeper tissue work — similar to how you might feel after a workout. It usually settles quickly.
-
Drink plenty of water, and give yourself a little time before rushing back into a busy day if you can. Light stretching can help, but avoid anything too strenuous for the rest of the day.
-
It depends on your goals — some people come monthly for general wellbeing, others weekly while working through a specific issue. I'm happy to suggest a schedule based on what you're looking to achieve.
